From Undrafted to Unstoppable
Humble Beginnings
I was born in Portland, Oregon and raised in a tight-knit family where love, faith, and hard work were everything. Those early years shaped who I am today.
Life wasn’t always easy, but the challenges taught me discipline and resilience. Sports became my outlet, and football quickly became my passion.
Long before the NFL, I was just a kid chasing a dream and learning that greatness comes from consistency, belief, and the people who support you along the way.
Humble Beginnings
I was born in Portland, Oregon, raised in a tight-knit family where love, faith, and hard work were everything. Life wasn’t always easy, but it taught me how to grind early. Sports gave me direction. Football gave me purpose.
I wasn’t the biggest. I wasn’t the fastest. But I had something you couldn’t measure—energy, belief, and heart.
Eastern Washington Days
My journey continued at Eastern Washington University, where I played college football and developed into the player I am today.
During my time there, I recorded over 3,100 receiving yards and 27 touchdowns, growing each season and learning what it takes to compete at the next level.
College wasn’t just about stats — it was about discipline, leadership, and learning how to overcome adversity.
Those years prepared me for the biggest challenge ahead.
The Undrafted Grind
Going undrafted in 2017 didn’t break me. It lit a fire.
San Francisco gave me a shot, and I took it. I made the team, earned my reps, and proved I belonged. Four seasons, a Super Bowl run, and a reputation as one of the hardest workers in the room.
Then came the next chapter—New England.

When the 2017 NFL Draft came and went, my name wasn’t called.
For a lot of people, that might have been the end of the dream. For me, it was motivation.
Shortly after the draft, I signed with the San Francisco 49ers as an undrafted free agent.
I had to prove myself every day — in practice, in meetings, and on the field. That grind turned into opportunity, and opportunity turned into a career in the NFL.
From there the journey continued with incredible experiences, teammates, and moments that I’ll never forget.
Faith, Purpose, and Perspective
My faith plays a huge role in my life. It keeps me grounded through the highs and the lows of football.
I believe everything happens for a reason, and every challenge is part of the bigger plan.
Football is a platform — but the real mission is to inspire others to believe in themselves, stay disciplined, and trust the process.
The 2025 Chapter
Football has a way of testing your faith.
In 2025, I was released by the Patriots. It was another reminder that nothing in this league is guaranteed.
But a week before the season started, the San Francisco 49ers called—the team that gave me my first shot in the NFL. I signed a one-year deal and stepped back into a familiar locker room.
The team was battling injuries and needed guys ready to step up. So when my number was called, I did what I’ve always done—show up, work, and help the team however I could.
Another chapter in the journey.
Proof that when you stay ready and trust the process, opportunities always come back around.
The Mission Now
This journey’s bigger than football.
It’s about faith, family, and giving back.
My family is my foundation—they’ve been with me through everything.
Their love taught me to lead with heart and stay grounded.
Now I’m doing the same for others—through the Bourne Blessed Foundation, my music, and the energy I bring every day.
We’re just getting started.
